Welcome to the Celebration Assembly blog page
Our Celebration Assembly takes place every Friday. It is organised by year 6 students and Miss Jones. The assembly is presented by both the students and Mr Connell.
The aim of the Celebration Assembly is to celebrate the achievements of the pupils at Sudley Junior School.
We celebrate their achievements by awarding, for example a pupil from each class with, ‘Star of the Week’ and the winner of the weeks team points with, ‘Team of the Week’.
Pupils are also given the opportunity to take part in the weeks musical interlude, when they can perform their musical talents to the whole school.
The parents/carers of the pupils that are going to receive, ‘Star of the Week,’ are notified by text/called in advanced and invited to attend the Celebration Assembly to share in their child’s success.
